About Anne Lenz

Trainer profile

Love it, leave it, or change it. I've been doing agility since 2009 — I started with my mix-breed Mia, a medium-sized rescue, and got agility addicted. Then came three Border Collies: Beau, Chi and Itzi — and after three Border Collies I fell in love with a Working Cocker, Rosalie (medium). I'm still in love with Border Collies and added two more from my own litter with Chi. All my dogs are very different to work with; I love finding how to become the best team with each and how to support their strengths. As a mother of two (2020 and 2023) I don't travel as much for agility and don't always have time to train or peak fitness — but I'm proud I even won a run in German AWC qualifications while nine months pregnant. It shows what's possible when the dog works with you as a true partner. I'm slowly getting back on track with fitness to help my dogs as much as they help me on course.
